Stock Return Policy

Items are returnable or exchangeable within 2 days upon receiving, if customer wants to return or exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policy below:
Important Notes :

1. Customers are to cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
2. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the tapes, tag, carton or boxes. Should any of these be missing, the return request will not be entertained.
3. If the request for returning is later than 2 days upon receiving the item, we will not entertain it.
4. We hope our customers would understand that we are running a very low profit margin scheme in order to provide a competitive product pricing. Therefore we will only cover the shipping fees for the replacement items if the returned items are due to damaged items or items that are stained massively.

What Is Returnable / Exchangeable

• Items that are terribly damaged or stained.
• If the size is far from your expectation then we allow exchange to be made with other sizes if available. Shipping will be borne by buyer.

What Is Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

• Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
• Slight color difference between the actual item and the picture displayed.
• Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
• Return or exchange are not allowed If size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.
• Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exhange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
• Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.
• If buyers are not satisfied with the quality of the design or cutting.
